At PureSpec Labs, we are committed to providing high-quality research-grade peptides and excellent customer service. We understand that issues can arise, and we strive to resolve them fairly and promptly.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return:

  • Unopened products in original sealed packaging
  • Products returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items shipped

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used products (due to product integrity concerns)
  • Products beyond 30 days from delivery date
  • Products stored improperly (e.g., not refrigerated when required)
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Custom or special order items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite your claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will replace damaged or defective products at no additional cost, including shipping.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at [email protected] or call +1 (800) 123-4567 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive RMA Number: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Ship the Product: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to product defects or shipping errors.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duty fees associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Please mark the package as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional customs charges.

Quality Guarantee

All PureSpec Labs products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and come with a Certificate of Analysis (COA). If you believe there is a quality issue with your product, please contact us immediately with the batch number and a detailed description of the concern. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
